We're hiring a Platform Experience Specialist. You're the reason a prospective school falls for CuePilot. You run great demos, help schools truly experience the platform, and walk alongside them to a confident buying decision. We're looking for warm, patient people who love helping others get to a good outcome, and we especially welcome educators.

Educators, this one's for you. If you teach at an IB school or a progressive preschool and love great products, we'd genuinely love to talk. The salary is attractive.

What you'll actually do

- Run thoughtful, tailored demos that let each school experience the platform for themselves.
- Understand a school's context and show them how CuePilot fits the way they work.
- Own follow-ups with care. Every conversation moves the relationship forward.
- Help schools work through their questions and diligence with honesty and patience.




- Keep the CRM immaculate: every lead, touchpoint, and next step logged and current.
- Work closely with product and customer success so what you show is what schools get.

What we're looking for

- A warm, patient communicator, in person, on calls, and in writing.
- You genuinely enjoy helping people reach a good decision.
- You stay organised and keep a tidy pipeline in your CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- You're AI-native and already use AI tools every day to work faster.
- You're diligent. You follow up and you remember the details.
- You can learn a product deeply and show it with real confidence.

Bonus points

- You teach or have taught at an IB school or a progressive preschool.
- You've worked in school admissions or operations.
- You've sold to schools or educators before.
- You enjoy giving demos and talking to people all day.
- You're at ease with a global, multicultural audience across countries and time zones.
