Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate shift schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements to minimize delays and optimize productivity.
- Implement kaizen initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor OEE calculations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry with a focus on supervision or management role.
- Solid understanding of daily production planning, shift planning, manpower handling, kaizen implementation, OEE calculation principles.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to inform decision-making processes.
