Role Description The Plant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwadi, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring safe, efficient production. This role includes planning and monitoring workflow, coordinating with production teams, and supervising staff to meet quality, safety, and output targets.

The Plant

Supervisor will manage equipment utilization, support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industrial safety standards. The position involves training and guiding team members, resolving operational issues,



and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to improve processes and minimize downtime.

Supervisor will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support accurate reporting of production data and resource usage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess Plant Operations experience, including production planning, workflow management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills, including coordination of maintenance schedules and basic understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities, including onboarding, skill development, and coaching for operators and technicians.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or production engineering (or related field) are beneficial.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, sheet metal, or automotive components is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic MS Office tools for reporting.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as lean or Kaizen) is beneficial.
