We're seeking a agile Plant Manager to oversee factory operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing factory operations, improving processes, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee factory operations, production processes, and quality control

- Lead teams to achieve operational and business objectives

- Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Manage HR, admin, finance, production planning, and stores

- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

- Drive sales strategies and identify new business opportunities

- Manage plant operations, including welding, steel fabrication, and powder coating

Requirements:





- 10-15 years of experience in factory operations and business development in a steel fabrication factory

- Should have prior experience in managing a workforce of at least 200 employees in a plant environment

- Should have prior experience in a manufacturing unit, plant, or steel fabrication company

- Should have experience in welding, steel fabrication, powder coating, etc.

- At least 5 years in a senior management role

- Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or steel fabrication

- Strong knowledge of welding, steel fabrication, and powder coating. etc.

- Experience in managing plant operations, HR, and admin functions
