Role & responsibilities

- Ensure consistent quality of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) as per company standards and customer requirements.

- Conduct testing of raw materials, fresh concrete, and hardened concrete.

- Monitor batching operations and maintain quality control records.

- Ensure calibration of laboratory and plant testing equipment.

- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Technical Services, and Sales teams to resolve quality-related concerns.

- Ensure compliance with IS standards, safety norms, and company quality systems.

- Support customer site visits and technical assistance when required.
