Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve business, customer and operational objectives.
- Provide leadership to Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Plant Administration.
- Eliminate overdue order value by identifying the constraint limiting throughput and systematically increasing capacity at that point.
- Ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while delivering products on time, in full and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure effective production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and working capital control.
- Drive system upgrades across quality and production management, implement industry best practices, and lead ISO, HSE and API compliance and customer audit readiness.
- Drive automation, manufacturing engineering and cost reduction initiatives to lift capacity and reduce operating expense.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, compliance,



5S and good manufacturing practices across the plant.
- Maintain plant assets, machinery, utilities and infrastructure to support continuity of operations.
- Develop high-performing leaders and teams through coaching, clear accountability and training, and drive the performance management system with SMART goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design and R&D; on new product introduction, manufacturability and customer commitments.
- Develop and drive the operational roadmap supporting the company's medium-term growth objectives.
- Monitor operational performance against agreed targets and drive corrective action to close gaps.
