We're seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our operations in Kundaim-Ponda, Goa. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee entire plant operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless order planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize plant operations to meet production targets

- Foster strong customer relationships through effective interaction and communication

- Develop and execute order plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence Initiate and Drive improvement programme for manufacturing like 6S , Kaizen.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role

- Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a solid background in Production Planning and Execution

- Domain expertise in Fabrication (Sheet Metal) and Machining is preferred

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plant Head or similar leadership role knowledge of ERP system, Industry work standards

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
