- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on project requirements and delivery schedules.

- Prepare production schedules and monitor progress against planned targets.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Engineering departments for timely execution.

- Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) and monitor material availability.

- Monitor raw material inventory and ensure availability as per production requirements.

- Track production orders, BOMs and ERP/SAP data.

- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.

- Monitor manpower, machine capacity and production time requirements.

- Prepare and maintain production MIS and planning reports.

- Monitor WIP and ensure timely movement of material through various manufacturing stages.

- Support optimization of material consumption, scrap and production cost.

- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve production-related issues.

- Track production performance against planned targets and highlight deviations.

- Support management in capacity planning and resource planning.

- Ensure timely completion of production activities as per customer/project schedules.

- Maintain proper planning documentation and records.
