Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for engineering and manufacturing projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning project activities, tracking progress, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare detailed project schedules and work plans using planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

•Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays or deviations.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Track engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and dispatch activities.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions to recover schedule delays.




- Conduct project review meetings and update stakeholders on project status.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and planning records.
- Prepare resource planning and manpower deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding project timelines and milestones.
- Support project execution by ensuring adherence to contractual delivery schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Solid knowledge on SAP Software.
