Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with strong exposure to high-rise building projects. The candidate should be proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6 and have hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking, reporting, and recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update Master Construction Schedules using MSP / Primavera P6.
- Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, micro schedules, catch-up and recovery schedules.
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays / critical activities.
- Perform critical path analysis and support delay mitigation planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track manpower, material, machinery and other project resources.
- Prepare and monitor S-curves, progress curves and planned vs. actual reports.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors,



consultants and clients for timely project execution.
- Participate in weekly / monthly progress review meetings.
- Monitor engineering, procurement and construction activities as per project schedule.
- Highlight project risks, bottlenecks and potential delays to project management.
- Support preparation and implementation of recovery plans to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of experience in project planning.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential / commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP) is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and project execution methodology.
- Experience in preparing baseline, recovery and catch-up schedules.
- Good coordination, analytical and communication skills.
