Role Description The Planning Engineer role at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Planning

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met. Daily activities include tracking project progress, analyzing deviations, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions to maintain cost and time efficiency. The role also involves resource planning, monitoring procurement schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.





This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support effective execution of construction and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

- Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Experience in construction or real estate project management, including monitoring progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with site teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and documentation to track performance, forecast risks, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, construction processes, and industry standards relevant to residential and urban development projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and handle on-site coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or management are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Prior experience working on large-scale or luxury residential projects in Bengaluru or similar urban environments is beneficial.
