We are looking for a Placement Officer who can connect our students with the right job opportunities by building strong relationships with companies and recruiters.

The role involves bringing new companies for placements, managing corporate relationships, coordinating interviews, and supporting students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, companies, and corporate clients.
- Identify and connect with new companies through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and meetings.
- Generate and follow up on job and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, job fairs, and company presentations.
- Understand student profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Guide students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.




- Maintain records of companies, interviews, offers, and student placements.
- Work towards improving the overall placement numbers and placement rate.
- Build relationships with alumni and use their network for placement opportunities.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, colleges, or universities is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive understanding of the IT/technology hiring market.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
