Job Summary The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for preparing students for employment and facilitating campus placements by building solid relationships with industry partners, organizing training programs, and managing the end-to-end placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners for campus placements and internships.
- Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, pre-placement talks, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain student placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.
- Guide and counsel students on career paths, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Ensure timely communication between students, recruiters, and college management.
