About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager to lead our placement function, build solid employer relationships, and drive successful placement opportunities for students and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Identify and generate new placement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end placement drives and recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers across organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong employer network.
- Guide candidates through interview and placement processes.
- Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and hiring outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the placement team.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in placements, EdTech, Healthcare, or Pharma.
- Strong corporate and recruiter networking skills.
- Experience managing placement/recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proven ability to achieve placement targets.
