Role overview

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator / Business Development Executive (BDE) Corporate Relations to strengthen our corporate outreach, campus placements, and internship hiring pipeline. This is a high-impact, people-facing, office-based role in Pune (Warje) — ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, HR coordination, client relationship management, and EdTech growth.

Key responsibilities

- Connect with IT companies, startups, and corporates to build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate partners.
- Generate full-time job opportunities and internship placements for candidates trained at our institute.
- Pitch and promote trained candidates from VibrantMinds to companies for active hiring requirements.
- Coordinate campus recruitment, off-campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Conduct corporate research and targeted outreach to onboard current hiring partners.
- Act as a bridge between companies, candidates, and the internal training team.
- Schedule and manage interviews,



placement drives, and recruitment rounds end-to-end.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles, MIS reports, placement trackers, and follow-up sheets.
- Maintain a database of company contacts, job requirements, and placement records.

Who should apply

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in placement coordination, BDE, HR, or business development.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BA / BBA / BCA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / M.Com or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written.
- Interest or experience in corporate outreach, HR coordination, recruitment support, client acquisition, or EdTech.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working full-time from our Pune (Warje) office.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets for MIS and reporting.
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune preferred.
