Role Description The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of Italian-style pizzas in a rapid-paced, high-quality kitchen setting. Day-to-day tasks include dough preparation, sauce and topping assembly, oven operation, temperature control, and consistent portioning to meet restaurant standards.

The role also involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, coordinating with the culinary team, managing inventory related to pizza ingredients, and supporting menu development for new pizza offerings. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Delhi, India, and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, particularly in Italian cuisine and pizza-making.
- Knowledge of Hygiene standards and Food & Beverage safety practices, with a focus on clean and compliant kitchen operations.
- Ability to prepare and balance a variety of Sauces and toppings to maintain consistent flavor and quality.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or pizzeria, preferably in Italian or casual dining restaurants.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, follow recipes and standards, and maintain attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new techniques, and contribute to menu innovation.
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
