Role Description The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of vegetarian pizzas, including classic and specialty menu items, in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include dough preparation, sauce and topping assembly, baking pizzas to specified standards, and ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols, and managing inventory of pizza-related ingredients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with experience in pizza-making and vegetarian cuisine.
- Knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices in a skilled kitchen.

- Beverage operations, including portion control and quality consistency.
- Proficiency in preparing and balancing Sauces for pizzas and related dishes.
- Prior experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role in restaurants or pizzerias.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple orders, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive collaboration.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Formal culinary training or certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
