Food Pickup (Nikhala) Staff Responsibilities

- KOT should be read and inform the kitchen team without any delay.
- All KOT order should be properly planned and punched properly.
- Collect prepared food from the kitchen promptly and handover to service team.
- Check that all items match the KOT order.
- Ensure the correct dishes, quantity, and special requests are included as per KOT.
- Confirm food quality and presentation before dispatch.
- Communicate with waiters and kitchen staff regarding order status.
- Inform the service team when orders are ready.
- Maintain Food Temperature
- Ensure hot food remains hot and cold food remains cold while waiting for service or delivery.
- Keep the pickup area clean, organized, and free from dirtness.




- Arrange orders systematically to avoid confusion.
- Assist in delivering food to tables when required.
- Manage Takeaway and Delivery Orders.
- Ensure all condiments, cutlery, and bills are included before handing over orders.
- Report Issues Immediately
- Inform supervisors of missing items, delays, customer complaints, or food quality concerns.
- Follow Hygiene and Safety Standards
- Maintain personal hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
- Reduce Order Delays
- Monitor pending orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
