Role & responsibilities

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated educators to join our coaching centre for the upcoming academic session. Our centre focuses on high-quality preparation for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET, along with strong academic foundations for Classes 11 and 12.

We aim to create an environment where students receive conceptual clarity, regular practice, individual mentoring, and structured preparation for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach assigned subjects for JEE/NEET aspirants and Classes 1112.
- Deliver explicit, engaging, and concept-focused classroom sessions.
- Prepare students for competitive examinations through structured teaching and practice.
- Develop and discuss DPPs, assignments, worksheets, MCQs, tests, and previous-year questions.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing and problem-solving sessions.
- Analyse student performance through periodic tests and assessments.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop an effective academic plan.
