About the Role

We are looking for a Physical Product Designer / Industrial Designer who can take products from concept to prototype to final production.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in physical product development, materials, 3D modelling, prototyping and manufacturing, with the ability to work closely with vendors and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop physical products for corporate gifting and promotional applications.
- Take products from initial concept → sketch → 3D model → prototype → production.
- Create innovative and commercially viable product concepts based on customer and market requirements.
- Develop 3D models, detailed designs, technical drawings and product specifications.
- Work hands-on with materials such as Plastic, MDF, Acrylic, Metal, Wood, Glass, Resin and other suitable materials.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on product requirements, cost and feasibility.
- Create prototypes and work with vendors/manufacturers to refine designs for mass production.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure products are practical and economical to manufacture.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, vendors and suppliers for prototypes, tooling, samples and production.
- Identify and resolve design, material and manufacturing issues during development.
- Develop customized products according to corporate client requirements.
- Maintain product drawings, specifications,



BOMs and design documentation.
- Ensure consistency between approved designs, prototypes and final manufactured products.
- Research new materials, finishes, manufacturing techniques and product trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop new and innovative gifting products.

Required Skills
- Industrial Design / Product Design / Mechanical Product Design
- Strong understanding of physical product development
- Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
- 3D CAD / 3D Modelling
- Prototyping and product detailing
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
- Knowledge of fabrication and production processes
- Vendor/manufacturer coordination
- Product customization and NPD
- Strong understanding of form, function, ergonomics and aesthetics

Preferred Tools
- SolidWorks
- Creo
- Fusion 360
- AutoCAD
- Rhino / Blender or similar 3D tools
- KeyShot or other rendering software
- Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW is an added advantage

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in physical consumer products, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, lifestyle products, industrial products, furniture, packaging products, retail products or similar manufacturing-oriented industries will be preferred.

Experience working with Plastic, MDF, Acrylic, Metal, Wood, Glass, Resin or similar materials will be a strong advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a purely UI/UX or digital product designer.

We are specifically looking for someone who has experience designing physical products and understands how a design moves from idea to CAD/model to prototype to manufacturing and mass production.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
