Job Summary:

Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex Physics concepts for competitive exam aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics to JEE and NEET aspirants through engaging and concept-based classroom sessions.
- Develop and deliver high-quality study material, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers.
- Prepare students for competitive examinations through strategic academic planning and guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual academic support when required.
- Evaluate student performance through regular tests, assessments, and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE and NEET syllabus, examination patterns, and question trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning outcomes and student success.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for JEE and/or NEET students.
- Strong command over Physics concepts and competitive exam curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward and student-friendly manner.
- Experience in creating study materials, question banks, and mock tests.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward academic excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics or a related field.
- Prior experience in a coaching institute or EdTech organization.
- Proven track record of mentoring successful JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms will be an added advantage.
