Role Description The Photographer will work full time on-site at the Little Shots By hema studio in Bengaluru. In this role, the Photographer will plan and execute maternity, newborn, and baby photo sessions, including setting up lighting, props, and backdrops, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for clients. Daily responsibilities include directing parents and babies during shoots, capturing high-quality images, culling and editing photos, and preparing final galleries or albums.

The Photographer will also collaborate on creative concepts, maintain studio equipment and cleanliness,



and assist with basic client communication and scheduling. This role requires a calm, patient presence and a strong commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in portrait photography, including experience with maternity, newborn, or baby photography.
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
- Skills in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Ability to create a safe, soothing, and professional workplace for newborns, babies, and parents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to clients.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for natural, storytelling-style composition.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple sessions and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and occasionally during weekends or peak periods.
- Prior studio or professional photography experience preferred; relevant coursework or certification is an advantage.
