Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Communications Mentor will support working professionals and younger children in the domestic and Indian region through structured online sessions. This full-time remote role involves planning and delivering interactive lessons on phonics, pronunciation, spoken English, and public speaking, tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. The mentor will conduct individual and group classes, design practice activities, provide constructive feedback, and track learner progress.

Daily responsibilities include creating engaging learning materials, using digital platforms to conduct sessions, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula,



and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians or corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in phonics instruction, pronunciation training, and spoken English mentoring, with the ability to adapt methods for children and working professionals.
- Experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills development, and confidence-building activities for diverse age groups.
- Capability to design engaging lesson plans, learning resources, and interactive activities suited for online and remote delivery.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide clear feedback and encourage learner participation.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools, e-learning platforms, and basic office productivity software for conducting and managing online sessions.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in communication or language-related domains; experience with Indian learners is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in TESOL, phonics, or public speaking are beneficial.
- Ability to work full-time in a remote setting, manage schedules across multiple learners, and maintain a professional and inclusive learning workplace.
