Job Role: Phone Banking Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through phone banking services.
- Assist customers with banking products, services, and account-related queries.
- Generate leads and promote relevant banking products through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Ensure skilled and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Follow the bank's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any Banking Sales role.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Must be proficient in

- English

- Hindi
- Any one of Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
