We're hiring pharmacists for a different kind of pharmacy role.

At 24/7, not every pharmacist needs to stand behind a counter.

We are building a Health Concierge team that becomes the first point of contact for customers calling 24/7 for medicines, prescriptions, and regular refills.

We are looking for pharmacists with exceptional medication knowledge, communication skills, and follow-through.

Your job is simple to describe, but demanding to execute:

A customer calls 24/7. You own the request until the medicine reaches their door.

You will

Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

Understand medicine requirements accurately.

Review medicine names, photographs, and prescriptions.

Collect complete order and delivery information.

Identify the appropriate/closest 24/7 pharmacy for fulfillment.

Place and coordinate the order with the store.

Follow up relentlessly until the order is packed and dispatched.

Keep the customer updated where required.

Coordinate sourcing where an item is unavailable.

Help customers register and manage regular/chronic medicine requirements.

Follow up on scheduled refills and recurring medication.

Escalate medication or prescription queries appropriately to the responsible pharmacist/doctor.

Maintain accurate records and ensure no customer request disappears without closure.

We're looking for someone who has:

A pharmacy qualification and valid registration as applicable.





Robust practical knowledge of medicines and common prescription brands.

Excellent spoken English and Hindi; additional Mumbai languages are welcome.

Exceptional telephone etiquette.

Patience and empathy without losing speed.

Strong follow-up discipline.

Ability to coordinate multiple stores and orders simultaneously.

Comfort with WhatsApp, CRM/order-management systems, and basic computer workflows.

A genuine instinct for customer service.

Currently based in Mumbai.

This is not a conventional call-center position.

You are a pharmacist first.

The telephone, WhatsApp, and technology are simply your counter.
