Pharmacist & Assistant Pharmacist The Pharmacist / Assistant Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of Care Pharmacy by ensuring accurate medicine dispensing, excellent customer service, proper inventory management, and compliance with pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of medicines and pharmacy products, strong attention to detail, good communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential errors.
- Counsel customers/patients on medication usage, dosage, precautions, and possible side effects.
- Ensure medicines are stored appropriately and according to required conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions,



controlled medicines, and pharmacy transactions.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged products, and near-expiry medicines.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when prescription clarification is required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate professional advice.
- Support inventory ordering, receiving, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and skilled standards within the pharmacy.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy assistants and other support staff where required.
- Participate in audits, quality checks, and pharmacy improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail/community pharmacy is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
