- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and doctor’s orders.

- Check medicine name, strength, dose, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before dispensing.

- Ensure the right medicine is given to the right patient in the correct dose and quantity.

- Maintain proper stock of medicines and pharmacy consumables.

- Monitor minimum stock, maximum stock, and reorder levels.

- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO methods.

- Check and arrange medicines properly according to storage requirements.

- Conduct regular checks for near-expiry and expired medicines.

- Segregate expired, damaged, and returned medicines and maintain proper records.

- Maintain daily stock records for medicine receipt, issue, return, and adjustments.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

- Maintain refrigerator temperature and other required storage temperature records.

- Ensure proper storage and documentation of controlled/high-risk medicines as per hospital policy.

- Process and issue medicines against approved ward/department indents.





- Check and replenish emergency/crash-cart medicines when assigned.

- Verify prescriptions and clarify any doubtful prescription with the concerned doctor.

- Label medicines properly and provide necessary medicine-use instructions.

- Report medication errors, adverse drug reactions, stock shortages, and other safety concerns immediately.

- Maintain all pharmacy registers, records, and documents properly.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, purchase, stores, accounts, and hospital management.

- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and maintained according to hospital standards.

- Support internal audits, inspections, and quality requirements.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled ethics.

- Follow all hospital policies, pharmacy procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.

- Perform any other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the Pharmacy In-Charge or Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
