Role Description The Pharma Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kadapa. The position involves daily visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors to promote and sell Indoswiss disposable syringes and related medical devices.

Responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts,



conducting product presentations, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies.

The Pharma Sales

Executive will track sales performance, report market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer support. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards, and representing the brand professionally in the field.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or distribution agencies.

Strong existing network with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy networks across the Kadapa district.

Prior experience selling medical consumables, specifically disposable syringes, is highly preferred.

- Must be a self-starter with proven B2B negotiation skills and the ability to drive local market penetration.
