? What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of recruiting experience,



preferably within the Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Life Sciences.
- Proven success in recruiting across scientific, clinical,manufacturing, Non IT,engineering, and R&D; functions.
- Experience working for Direct clients.
- Understanding of various visa types and tax terms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality talent in a rapid-paced staffing environment.
