Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PGT Chemistry position based in Coimbatore. The role involves planning and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons for higher secondary students, aligned with the curriculum and competitive exam requirements.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical concepts, conducting and supervising laboratory sessions, and assessing student performance through tests and assignments. The educator will provide academic guidance, clarify doubts, and support students in exam preparation, including board and entrance examinations. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, participating in faculty meetings,



contributing to study materials, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall teaching quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid subject expertise in Chemistry and the ability to teach advanced concepts clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret student performance data and adapt teaching strategies for improved outcomes.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to explain complex topics, provide feedback, and interact with students and guardians.
- Candidates should possess laboratory skills and be able to conduct, supervise, and ensure safe and accurate chemistry experiments.
- Candidates should possess research and development (R&D;) capabilities to update teaching materials, incorporate new methodologies, and stay current with academic trends.
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (or closely related field) and a recognized teaching qualification are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary or equivalent level, ideally with experience in coaching for competitive exams.
- Ability to mentor students under academic pressure, uphold ethical standards, and contribute positively to the academy’s learning culture.
