Experience - 6 mos - 1 Year

- Confidently sell Personal Loan products and connect with customers.

- Have a proactive attitude and be willing to learn and achieve sales targets.

- Explain loan features, terms, and repayment details in a easy and clear manner.

- Stay updated on loan products and company policies.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

- Follow all company policies and financial regulations while handling customer applications.

- Have prior experience in telecalling, voice process, sales & business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
