I’m looking for a LinkedIn Profile Manager / Growth Specialist to manage and scale a personal LinkedIn profile, from content strategy to engagement with the goal of increasing reach, visibility, and meaningful conversations.

What you’ll do

- Plan and execute a LinkedIn content strategy
- Write and publish high-quality posts
- Optimize profile positioning and sections
- Drive organic reach and engagement
- Engage with relevant creators and communities
- Track performance and suggest improvements

What I’m looking for

- Solid understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm
- Excellent writing & storytelling skills
- Experience in personal branding or ghostwriting (preferred)
- Consistency, creativity, and ownership
