We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing, LoadRunner, and Guidewire. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise applications, with a focus on Guidewire-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner.
- Perform workload modelling, test planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Analyze response times, throughput, CPU, memory, database, and other performance metrics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development, application, and infrastructure teams on resolution.
- Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for application optimization.




- Support performance testing across different environments and releases.
- Work on Guidewire applications and understand their performance testing requirements.
- Participate in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
- Experience in Guidewire applications is highly preferred/required.
- Good knowledge of performance testing concepts, workload modelling, and bottleneck analysis.
- Experience with scripting, correlation, parameterization, and LoadRunner protocols.
- Good understanding of SQL and database performance concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
