Performance Test Engineer

Join archintX and gain hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications are rapid, stable, scalable, and reliable.

What You’ll Work On

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
- Analyze application performance, response times, throughput, resource utilization, and bottlenecks.
- Identify performance issues and collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve them.
- Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during performance testing.
- Prepare performance test plans, scenarios, reports, and recommendations.
- Support performance testing across APIs, web applications, databases, and distributed systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD performance testing and continuous performance monitoring.
- Document findings, defects, test results, and performance improvement recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For Students or aspiring engineers interested in software testing, performance engineering, automation, APIs, and application scalability. Basic knowledge of software testing, HTTP/REST APIs, SQL, and programming/scripting is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are most important.

Your mission: Identify performance bottlenecks and help build fast, scalable, and reliable software that delivers a great user experience.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
