Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in Performance Testing, LoadRunner, and JMeter. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, stress, and endurance tests to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume testing.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Monitor application and server performance during test execution.
- Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Support production performance validation and capacity planning.
