We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of applications through robust performance validation. The role requires expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner , cloud technologies, and working in complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for performance testing.
- Validate application performance across various web technologies, understanding infrastructure, networking, and architecture.
- Work with cloud solutions ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud ) for 1-2 years, including cloud migration projects.
- Conduct performance testing using web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols .
- Perform SAP performance validation to ensure seamless system operations.
- Collaborate with teams in large data centers, coordinating with Network, Storage, and Server Infrastructure teams.
- Work efficiently in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural, and virtual environments.
- Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring productivity across all organizational levels.




- Identify critical performance issues and escalate matters for necessary ITS leadership review and approval.
- Stay self-motivated and proactive in identifying performance risks and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in performance testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner .
- Solid understanding of web technologies, networking, and application infrastructure.
- 1-2 years of experience with cloud solutions and cloud migration efforts.
- Expertise in web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols .
- Experience with SAP performance validation .
- Ability to work in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for performance risks and improvement opportunities.
