We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Vadodara.

What You’ll Be Doing Paid Marketing (Primary Focus)

- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across:

- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads

- LinkedIn Ads

- TikTok Ads

- YouTube Ads

- Other emerging advertising platforms
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Organic Marketing (Bonus Skill) While this role is mainly focused on paid marketing, experience with organic growth strategies will be a big advantage:

- Social media content planning and growth
- LinkedIn branding and engagement
- SEO and content marketing
- Community building and audience engagement

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to test new ideas.
