We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (5+ years of experience) to drive ROI-led campaigns that amplify our brand presence across India and beyond.

Responsibilities :

•⁠ ⁠Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other digital platforms

•⁠ ⁠Develop audience strategies, keyword planning & A/B testing to maximize conversions

•⁠ ⁠Track, measure & analyze campaign performance metrics: CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with creative & content teams for performance-led creatives and funnels





•⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and growth recommendations

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with platform algorithms, ad formats & emerging marketing strategies

Requirements :

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in paid performance marketing

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Analytics tools

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of funnel building, remarketing, landing page optimization & marketing automation

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking & attribution models

•⁠ ⁠Experience in education or event marketing is a strong advantage
