We help agencies with clinical QA, revenue cycle, bookkeeping, KPI dashboards, and workforce support. Our Business Analysts sit at the heart of this – turning raw data into insights, tools, and processes that drive agency performance.

Role Overview: You manage the technical distribution and ROI for three funnels: Patient Intake, Clinician Recruitment, and Hoolime B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ B2C Funnel: Run high-intent Google Search/LSAs and Meta ads to capture hospice referrals in Northern VA.

➢ Recruitment Funnel: Use LinkedIn and Meta to target "passive" clinicians (RNs/PTs) in specific geographies, optimizing for "Cost Per Qualified Application."

➢ B2B/Hoolime Funnel: Execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing)



on LinkedIn and Google to target Agency Owners and Ops Directors. Manage CTV/YouTube placements on business and industry-related content.

➢ Technical Stack: Manage tracking pixels and lead-to-CRM integrations for all three funnels. Ensure HIPAA compliance for patient leads and high-security data for B2B leads.

➢ Budget Optimization: Shift spend dynamically between campaigns based on real-time needs (e.g., if recruitment is the bottleneck, pivot spend from leads to hiring).

Requirements

➢ 3 years in Performance Marketing (Google/Meta/LinkedIn).

➢ Proven experience with CTV/OTT (Hulu/Roku) and YouTube Ads.

➢ Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B targeting (job titles, company size, seniority). ➢ Analytical obsession: You must be able to report on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) for a patient vs. CPL (Cost Per Lead) for a Hoolime demo.
