Job Summary

RupeeQ is looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media, and a proven ability to drive high-quality leads with optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other performance channels.

Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, and ROI.

Manage search, display, app install, and remarketing campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.

Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.

Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager.

Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and audience segments.





Ensure compliance with fintech & lending advertising policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Knowledge of lead generation funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.

Experience with fintech, BFSI, or lending products is a big plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with budgets and optimize for performance metrics.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with App marketing (UAC / App Install campaigns).

Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools.

Experience in CRM integration and lead quality optimization.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.
