Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and maximize conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates,



and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.

Preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing / Website Development / Social Media / IT Services sales.
- Experience managing international campaigns, especially US/UK markets, is an added advantage.
