About the Role

We're seeking an experienced performance marketer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to drive lead generation, community growth, and brand awareness through paid and video marketing campaigns. You'll plan, execute, analyse, and optimise digital ad strategies across Google Ads, along with taking ownership of end-to-end YouTube marketing and channel management to build a robust brand presence among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

- Drivemulti-channel performance across Google Search, Display, and YouTube Video Ads (In-Stream, Shorts, and In-Feed) with a strict focus on ROI, CPA, and CAC targets.

- Launch, manage, and optimise ad campaigns daily; strategically allocate budgets across search, display, and video ads based on performance data and lead quality.

- Partner with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies, driving a unified performance marketing approach.





- Use YouTubeStudio alongside Google Ads to review video ad engagement metrics (such as hook retention, view rates, and drop-offs) to refine video creative performance.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters. Analyse performance data deeply to identify key success drivers and improvement areas.

- Provide comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for future campaign strategies

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube Video Ads).

- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM); familiarity with YouTube Studio for video ad creative tracking.

- Strong analytical , communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven optimisation and ROI.
