Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving growth across multiple e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, with at least one client-side leadership stint to complement agency or consulting experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance analytical rigor with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

1. E-commerce Growth

- Scale e-commerce channels by optimizing paid media campaigns, improving conversion rates, and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).

1. Cross-Channel Management





- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across marketplaces, search, and social platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance.

1. Analytics & Optimization

- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and profitability.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with product, merchandising, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

1. Budget Management

- Own and manage advertising budgets with complete accountability for spend efficiency, ROAS, and revenue impact.

1. Team Leadership

- Mentor, coach, and develop performance marketing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce.
2. Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
3. At least one client-side leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage marketing initiatives within a brand workplace.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, or equivalent analytics platforms.
5. Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands and delivering measurable business outcomes.
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Attributes

1. Experience managing multi-brand or multi-channel e-commerce portfolios.
2. Familiarity with emerging advertising technologies, AI-driven marketing, and automation tools.
