We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Manager – Dermatology

Location: Noida Sector 6

Experience: 3–6 Years

Industry: Dermatology / Skin & Aesthetic Healthcare ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.

Drive qualified patient leads and consultations for dermatology services.

Manage CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, lead quality and conversions.

Optimize campaigns, audience targeting, creatives, landing pages and remarketing.

Track and analyze campaign performance and lead-funnel data.

Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic teams for campaign planning.

Monitor competitors and identify new patient acquisition opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements





3–6 years of Performance Marketing experience.

Mandatory: Candidates must have prior experience specifically in Dermatology / Skin / Aesthetic Clinics.

Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics and healthcare lead generation.

Strong understanding of patient acquisition, conversion funnels and ROI.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
