We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and profitable growth through paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

● Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

● Manage budgets and daily campaign performance.

● Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.

Performance Optimization

Improve

● ROAS

● CAC

● CPA

● Conversion Rate

● Customer Acquisition Volume

Audience Strategy

● Build acquisition and retargeting audiences.

● Create lookalike audiences.

● Develop testing frameworks for campaign scaling.

Creative Collaboration

● Work closely with designers and content teams.

● Recommend creative improvements based on campaign data.

● Drive testing of creatives and messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

● Maintain campaign dashboards.

● Analyze campaign performance.





● Present recommendations and insights to leadership.

Tracking & Attribution

● Ensure accurate tracking implementation.

● Monitor attribution and conversion reporting.

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of Meta and Google Ads experience.

● Robust analytical and optimization skills.

● Experience with ecommerce and D2C businesses preferred.

● Experience with analytics and attribution tools preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Paid Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- ecommerce and D2C business: 1 year (Preferred)
