BabyBillion | Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager

About Babybillion

BabyBillion has crossed 2 million installs and operates paid acquisition at meaningful scale. We are now looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of efficient growth.

The Role

You will own paid growth across Meta and Google, from campaign structure and budget allocation to creative experimentation, conversion and revenue quality.

We are not looking for someone who only monitors campaigns or shares agency reports. You must be comfortable operating accounts directly, analysing performance deeply and making daily decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own campaign strategy and execution across Meta and Google
- Manage budgets, campaign structures, audiences, bidding and scaling decisions
- Optimise for purchases, trial-to-paid conversion and contribution, not just installs
- Track CPI, CAC, CPP, conversion rates, ROAS and cohort performance
- Analyse performance by campaign, ad set, creative, audience and platform
- Build a high-frequency creative testing system with scriptwriters and editors
- Identify winning creatives and scale them without losing efficiency
- Diagnose funnel, attribution,



payment and conversion problems
- Prepare clear daily, weekly and monthly growth reports
- Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative and Finance teams
- Maintain strict control over tracking accuracy and budget utilisation

Who Should Apply

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience managing substantial budgets on Meta and Google
- Experience with consumer apps, subscriptions, D2C or high-volume digital products
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, cohorts and unit economics
- Advanced analytical ability and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to translate data into creative feedback
- High ownership and comfort making quick, numbers-driven decisions
