Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in digital advertising, data, campaign optimization, and online growth.

You will get hands-on experience working on paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical agency experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign analytics, lead generation, and performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Set up and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, leads, and conversions.
- Work on basic campaign optimization based on performance data.
- Conduct audience, keyword, market, and competitor research.
- Prepare and maintain campaign reports using Google Sheets / Excel.




- Work on A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign variations.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for ad creatives.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Work on lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Manage assigned performance marketing tasks and campaigns within deadlines.

Requirements
- Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in learning campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication and time-management skills.
