Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with data collection, monitoring campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, and helping with A/B tests or other performance experiments. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to identify improvement opportunities, contribute ideas for targeting and creatives, and ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.



This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in performance marketing while developing practical analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and derive insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Performance Management and basic Performance Testing concepts to support campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., search, social media, display) and an interest in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in common office and analytics tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, presentation software; familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
