We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive/ Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive/ Manager who can manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for Kashin Consulting and its client brands, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, ROAS, and overall business growth .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up and optimize campaigns based on business objectives such as sales, leads, traffic, and conversions .
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates .
- Manage and monitor daily/weekly ad spends and budgets .
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, copies, and campaigns .
- Track leads generated through ads and monitor their quality and conversion.




- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and clients.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign trends, and audience performance.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms and digital marketing trends.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets .
- Ability to analyze data and present clear insights.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/campaigns simultaneously.
