About the Company

Digital Matrix Innovations is a marketing agency based in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We work with multiple brands across digital marketing, social media, performance advertising, branding, and creative campaigns.

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Intern with practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads who can assist in planning, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns for different client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Work on lead generation, sales, traffic, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research.
- Monitor campaign budgets and daily performance.
- Track and analyse metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Assist with A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Assist with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and campaign optimisation.
- Work on multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing agency workplace.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Basic to good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).




- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Knowledge of Search campaigns, Display campaigns, Performance Max, and keyword targeting.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnels, and conversion rates.

Experience Candidates should have approximately 8-12 months of practical experience in performance marketing through previous internships, freelance projects, employment, or client work.

Candidates who have actually handled live Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns and real advertising budgets will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable with numbers, eager to learn, and capable of understanding why a campaign is performing well or poorly rather than simply launching ads. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
